DESCRIPTION
This project is located in the Makati City district; the newly built 4 – storey residence redefines the safety, purpose, and stability of a family. The design focus for this project includes elegance, luxury, connections, and strength. The ground floor served as the service area, which included an ample space for a dining hall with lavish interiors. On the second floor, communal space takes place, which includes the family’s gaming room, entertainment area, formal dining and kitchen, while it incorporates a mood of excitement and tranquility. The third and fourth floors are reserved for bedrooms for the family members, which have distinct features in each design.

DESCRIPTION
Adjacent to GNGC Residence, the garage office serves as a parking space on the ground floor area, sheltering 2 vehicle carports. The second floor is reserved for the client’s personal business office, while the entire third floor is for an outdoor multipurpose area. The design of this project consists of large fenestration that would cater to natural light and views. The exterior cladding uses ACP and fluted panels with a touch of dark and neutral colors.

The present design of the project is in Mediterranean style; as per client needs, the renovation project proposed some minor changes that would not distort the character and current style of the house. Some of the improvements that will apply in the project are the enhancement of interiors and exteriors and additional spaces. The goal of this project is to promote “timeless design” that would develop the functionality and aesthetics.

DESCRIPTION
Around the streets of Bambang, Manila City, this personal 7-story mixed-use development is designed for family business and residential use. Office areas are allotted from the ground floor up to the mezzanine floor, having ample space for efficient work circulation. The second floor up to the fourth floor is reserved for the family’s residence. The remaining floors are used for recreation and service areas.

DESCRIPTION
The 5-story mixed-use development project located in San Juan City would serve as rentable office, commercial, and apartment units. The first two floors are allocated for parking and commercial/office areas, while the remaining floors will serve as an apartment unit. The project would give an opportunity for business owners and tenants. Apartments may vary from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom loft units. The designer considered thermal comfort by applying air wells on each floor. Lighting filters are also applied using horizontal and diagonal slats.
